Hi, I'm Niky! Headline

I’m Niky, a business and leadership coach with a Masters in Entrepreneurship and 18 years of experience leading teams and leaders of leaders.

During my career having always been quite passionate about wanting to work for myself, I undertook to take a Masters of Entrepreneurship to help me on this path. During the course of my study I became pretty obsessed with the way you can use feasibility modelling to determine potential profitability of a business and I developed the Bizcalc Business Profitability Model, a tested, data-driven framework that helps business owners turn their ideas into measurable profit potential. I have now refined this very comprehensive business feasibility model into a GPT.

My style is straightforward and practical — blending real-life leadership lessons with actionable tools that make growth feel achievable, not overwhelming.
